There are two months left to the Fourth High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF4). The Joint Position of the European Union for the Busan Conference is developed under Polish Presidency. Thus we should not forget that political decisions and declarations that will be made, affect millions of people in countries of Global South. The main objectives of the conference were:

Over 60 people from all around Europe and global South met in Warsaw, to discuss about solutions for improving aid effectiveness. There are two months left to the Fourth High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF4). The Joint Position of the European Union for the Busan Conference is developed under Polish Presidency. Conference “Why effectiveness matters? Perspectives from the global South”, was supposed to show that political decisions and declarations that will be made, affect millions of people in countries of global South. In conference took part representatives of development CSOs, academics concerning development cooperation and representatives of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Open speech was announced by Krzysztof Stanowski, Under-Secretary of State responsible for development cooperation.
